Donkey Kong Update V

This my fourth week of working on Donkey Kong. I managed to finish his ballin' very dark melon (DMC 3801) tie and pectoral muscles. =P I think I can safely say he is about half way done. Click for a larger image:
Next, I will stitch his right arm. I don't think I will be able to finish it in one week as his arms are freaking huge. I was just comparing my Link, Zelda, Diddy Kong and Pikachu to DK here. They are so tiny compared to him. =]

I second the Wow! :) He is looking epic.

I love the tie, BTW, very snazzy colour choice! Do you know how you're going to finish it yet? Because I think you're going to need like a poster frame if you're not intending to make a pillow or wall-hanging or...something suitably large and impressive ;)

Thanks! I am making this by request from my brother so it will be up to him. It will probably be framed. I will need to get a custom frame that is 13x13' if that is the case.

It's going to be massive :)

I think your brother is going to love it, whichever way he wants you to finish it! Really, how could you not? I've never been a DK fan (could never get the hang of throwing the stupid barrels, for one thing *rolls eyes*) and even I can admit that he's a happening fella. That's saying something! You should seriously win Sister of the Year for this when you finish it ;)
